Mahdis is co-founder and managing director of the female factor, a career platform dedicated to giving the next generation of female decision makers their seat at the table and helping companies hire and retain female talent in Europe.

Before that, she was the youngest and only female CEO of an airline in Austria and Germany. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and her TED talk on female leadership in business has been viewed by 40,000 people.
